Hair Loss Consultation

Is this a good Hair Loss regimen?
Hello there-
I am a seventeen year old male. I have a 23 yr old brother who starting losing his hair at age 18. My hair texture and color is very similar to him, although my parents say I have much more hair and that it is thicker. On both sides of the family, hairloss is not very prevalent.
However, my hair grows quite slowly which makes me worried. I have thus, with the consultation of my brother, devised the following regimen:
Nizoral 2 X a week
Jason’s Thin to Thick 2 X a week
Hair Skin and Nails by Futurebiotics vitamin
One Daily Fish Oil
2500 mcg biotin
Plenty of Water and Sleep
Cup or 2 of Green Tea a Day
Refraining from junk food
Green Apples one every two days
A low-stress lifestyle
What do you think?
That seems perfectly fine. If you find that the Jason’s doesn’t work you might want to try Aveda’s Pure Abundance. you could increase the Biotin to 5000 mcg/day. You might also want to add a regular multivitamin each day. Watch your fat intake and try to get more iron (leafy green veggies, whole grains, eggs). All fruits and veggies, especially carrots, cucumbers, spinach, oranges, broccoli, and kiwi, are good.
